Beta Tester Program

BETA TESTER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Agit8or.net ("Company") and the undersigned Beta Tester ("Recipient") for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below.

1. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or proprietary materials (in every form and media) not generally known in the relevant trade or industry and which has been or will be obtained through access to the Company's beta testing program, including but not limited to:

• Software applications, code, algorithms, and technical specifications
• Product features, functionality, user interfaces, and design elements
• Performance metrics, test results, and analytical data
• Business strategies, marketing plans, and competitive analysis
• User data, customer information, and usage patterns
• Documentation, manuals, and training materials
• Any other information marked or identified as confidential

2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS

Recipient agrees to:

• Hold and maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third parties without prior written consent
• Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than beta testing
• Take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from beta software

3. FEEDBACK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any feedback, suggestions, improvements, or ideas provided by Recipient regarding the beta products shall become the exclusive property of the Company. Recipient assigns all rights, title, and interest in such feedback to the Company.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of execution, or until the beta product becomes publicly available, whichever occurs first. The obligations of confidentiality shall survive termination of this Agreement.

5. BETA TESTING RESPONSIBILITIES

As a beta tester, Recipient agrees to:

• Provide constructive feedback on product functionality and user experience
• Report bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities promptly
• Use the beta software only for testing purposes as intended
• Not distribute or share beta software with unauthorized parties
• Participate in scheduled testing activities and provide timely responses

6. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Beta software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of beta software. Recipient uses beta software at their own risk.

7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
